About Brancato Law Group, PLLC

At Brancato Law Group, PLLC, I focus my practice on protecting vulnerable clients and guiding the families who care for them.
I represent individuals and families across a broad spectrum of need, including matters involving developmental or intellectual disabilities, serious mental health diagnoses, substance abuse or misuse disorders, eating disorders, dementia, and other conditions that leave a person vulnerable or at risk.
My work centers on what I often describe as high-need beneficiaries — individuals whose circumstances require thoughtful legal protection, careful planning, and strong advocacy. These matters are rarely simple. They often involve deeply personal decisions, family responsibility, and urgent concerns about safety, dignity, care, and long-term well-being.
I am a highly experienced litigator and serve vulnerable clients in a multitude of ways. My practice includes adult guardianship proceedings, guardianship matters involving persons with disabilities, trust administration and accounting proceedings, Mental Hygiene Law proceedings, Family Court proceedings, and criminal court representation. Whether a family needs guidance, protection, or courtroom advocacy, I bring both compassion and strength to the work.

What sets my firm apart is not simply the type of cases I handle, but the clients I serve. I understand that vulnerability can take many forms, and that families facing these challenges need more than technical legal advice. They need clear counsel, sound judgment, and an advocate who can appreciate the full complexity of their situation.
Brancato Law Group, PLLC serves clients throughout New York City, Westchester, Rockland, Nassau, and Suffolk Counties, with offices in Westchester and on the North Fork of Long Island. I also consult and confer on mental health and substance abuse-related matters across all 50 states and internationally.
At the heart of my practice is a simple commitment: to protect vulnerable people with dignity, and to help families navigate difficult circumstances with clarity, care, and confidence.
